Just finished reading a great read titled "The Five Languages of Apology" and it was an informative self-help read. I believe readers will enjoy learning about the many ways to give an apology also what to expect when receiving an apology. The read was well read by the authors Dr. Gary Chapman and Dr. Jennifer Thomas. Take a few hours out of your day, sit-down with your significant other, family and /or friends - Hey! your boss, co-workers or even a passer you might have been abrupt with and/or a blue-collar worker or a white-collar worker you need to apologize to.
